Physical Activity
Being physically active directly relates to being healthy. Regular exercise helps to control weight, and is also good for mental health as it releases ‘happy’ endorphins. The school is regarded as one of the leading schools for promoting and developing the Physical Education (PE) curriculum and has held the prestigious Sportsmark Award since 1998. Girls learn to be committed and responsible and to work together for shared and personal goals.
There is an expansive extra curricular activity timetable which means there is always some form of sport going on at lunch time or after school, daily.
