Autumn Concert 2007

This year’s Autumn Concert was simply bursting with talent. The evening was kick-started by our African Drumming Group which proved a great success. There was a huge variety of musical styles on offer which, judging by the applause, the large audience seemed to appreciate. There were performances from the Senior Orchestra, Concert Band, GCH Jazz, Guitar Club, String Trio, Year 7 Choir, Junior Gospel Choir, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir and solo pieces from Bethel Eskender and Jessica McCarthy, Hannah Robbins, Emma Penrose and Yasmin Baker. The concert was also a success thanks to our new Director of Music, Mr Jones who impressed us all with his first concert. On top of all this, we even managed to raise over £300 to buy a set of Samba drums for the school.
