Sixth Form Enrolment

GCSE Results Day and Sixth Form Enrolment.

If you are a current Grey Coat Y11 student:

Please come into school on 21st August at the times below to collect your GCSE results.   Once you have received your results you will then be able to enrol into the Sixth Form straight away; this should take no more than 10 minutes. Please be aware that you will only be able to enrol onto courses for which you have achieved the necessary subject entry requirements. Details of these are published on the website.

  • Tutor Group G & R - 9 am
  • Tutor Groups Y & C - 9.30am
  • Tutor Groups T & H - 10.00am

If you are applying from another school, once you have collected your results from your current school, please come to The Grey Coat Hospital, St Michael's Site, 98 Regency Street, SW1p 4GH from 12 noon to enrol.

You must bring a form of photo ID and the paper copy of your results with you, so that we can enrol you.

Before you arrive, please log back into the application form and ensure you re-check all personal data and make any necessary amendments. Please pay particular attention to all contact details such as mobile numbers and email addresses.

Please be aware that you will only be able to enrol onto courses for which you have achieved the necessary subject entry requirements. Details of these are published on our website, and referred to in Sixth Form Admissions Policy, which states: 'Following the enrolment of internal applicants, the remaining places will then be offered to external applicants who have met the general and subject-specific entry requirements. This is done on a first-come, first served basis'.

In the event that you do not achieve some of your predicted grades we will be able to offer you guidance and will endeavour to find an alternative subject combination for you.

We look forward to seeing you on 21st August.

Best wishes,

Mr I McCartney

Deputy Headteacher
